Aryan community news agency quoted by Kurdpa; Hossein Kamangar, a citizen of Kamiyaran city, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj. The hearing of Mr. Kamangar’s accusations was held in two stages in July and February 2019 in Sanandaj Revolutionary Court.
Sanandaj Revolutionary Court sentenced Hossein Kamangar, a citizen of Kamiyaran city, to 15 years in prison.
According to this ruling issued by the first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court headed by Judge “Saeidi” and notified to Kamangar’s family and his lawyers on Saturday, April 7, 1400, he was sent to prison for being a member of one of the anti-regime groups. He has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
The hearing of Mr. Kamangar’s accusations was held in two stages in July and February 2019.
In this report, quoting an informed source, Hossein Kamangar’s lawyers will submit an appeal to the court in the coming days.
This informed source added: Meanwhile, Mr. Kamangar has been accused of being a member of one of the anti-regime parties, and he was previously arrested for the same charge by the forces of the Sanandaj Intelligence Department in two stages, and after being tried in court, he was acquitted of the charge.
Previously, Hossein Kamangar was arrested in January 2017 by the forces of Sanandaj Intelligence Department in Kamiyaran.
