Aryan Community News Agency; On Friday, March 29 of last year, Sara Ahmadi and Homayoun Javah, two Christian converts, were summoned to the Evin Prosecutor’s Office to serve their prison terms. These citizens were sentenced to a total of 14 years of imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of Tehran in November 2009. The sentence issued by the appeals court of Tehran province was reduced to 11 years in prison in total, and these people were also banned from leaving the country and membership in parties and social groups for two years and providing free public services to the mentally disabled for 6 years as an additional punishment. They were sentenced to 4 hours a day for a month.
According to the news agency of the Aryan community, citing Article 18, on Friday, March 29, 2019, Sara Ahmadi and Homayoun Javah were summoned to the Evin Prosecutor’s Office to serve their prison terms.
According to this report, these two Christian converts must report themselves to Evin prison in a very short time after receiving the summons sent to them via SMS.
Sara Ahmadi and Homayoun Javah were sentenced to 11 and 3 years of imprisonment, respectively, by Tehran Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Iman Afshari on 21 November 2019.
On December 18, 1999, at the Court of Appeal of Tehran province, Ms. Ahmadi was sentenced to 8 years in prison for the charge of disrupting national security through the operation of illegal organizations, quasi-organizations and illegal groups of “Zionist Evangelical Christianity” and Mr. Javah for the charge of acting against National Security through being a member of “Zionist evangelical Christianity” were sentenced to 3 years in prison. As an additional punishment, these Christian converts were also sentenced to being banned from leaving the country and joining parties and social groups for two years, and providing free public services to the mentally disabled for 6 months, including 4 hours a day.
They were arrested by security agents on 24 June 2019 in Amol after searching their rented and recreational house.
Ms. Ahmadi was finally released from Evin prison with a bail of 300 million tomans, and Mr. Javeh was released from Evin prison on 3 September 2019 with a bail of 200 million tomans.
Sara Ahmadi Nokish Meshii, born in 1357, and her husband, Homayoun Javah, born in 1337, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, live in Tehran.
