According to the news agency of the Aryan community, Mustafa Sabzi, a political prisoner, was sent on leave from Urmia prison today, Sunday, April 8. Mr. Sabzi is spending the seventh year of his imprisonment. Before this, his sentence was reduced to 10 years in prison with the application of the Law on Reduction of Imprisonment.
Mr. Sabzi was sent on leave at the same time as Nowruz holiday and for 5 days. Mustafa Sabzi was arrested by the security forces on June 14, 2013. Finally, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court for being a member of one of the opposition groups. This citizen was denied the right to have a lawyer during the proceedings.
Previously, his sentence was reduced to 10 years in prison by the application of the Law on Reduction of Imprisonment.
Mustafa Sabzi, who is spending the seventh year of his imprisonment, is a citizen of Mako and the son of Shamsuddin.
